Classes Continuing After Half Term



As we move through half term and into the next stretch of the school term, I’m pleased to share the classes and sessions continuing over the coming weeks. These offerings are designed to support steady movement, nervous system regulation and rest - providing consistency during busy term-time routines.


All ongoing weekly classes are booked in school-term blocks, allowing time for the body to adapt, build familiarity and experience the benefits of regular practice.


6.30–7.20pm | St Gregory’s, Alresford

This gentle, mindful movement class continues as before, offering a supportive space to move, strengthen and stretch with awareness. The emphasis is on listening to your body, improving mobility and cultivating calm.

9.00–9.50am | Bowland

This weekly morning yoga class supports strength, flexibility and ease of movement, while also helping you arrive into the day feeling grounded and focused. Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.

Once a month | Bowland

These monthly Friday evening sessions are designed to help you transition from the pace of the week into deep rest. Through supported restorative postures and guided relaxation, the class supports the nervous system to settle, encouraging a good night’s sleep.

No equipment is needed - comfort and ease are prioritised throughout.

First session: Friday 13th March | 7.30–9.00pm£16
