Yoga and Psychological Well-Being Retreat

I cannot wait to be sharing what I love about the combination of Psychology and Yoga to support and maintain emotional and physical wellbeing in the most relaxing way-at a retreat in a lovely venue situated on the edge of South Downs National Park, offering stunning countryside views and walks.
The day will involve:
Yoga wake up class
Workshop on connecting to your values and self compassion
Restorative Yoga Practice
Mindful Walk in the local woodland
Fresh vegetarian homemade lunch prepared on site
Snacks and drinks throughout the day
Location: Damson Hill Cottage in Upper Swanmore. Less than 30 minutes from Petersfield/Fareham/Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh/Winchester.
Venue: Classes will take place within the purpose built studio and on the beautiful outdoor yoga decking (weather allowing), which looks out onto the stunning landscape
The circular, mindfulness based walk will take place in the local woodland.

Time: 10.00am to 4.00pm
Cost: Early bird offer £100 if you book before March 2022
