Welcome to Our Morning Yoga at Bowland House, Stiles Yard


Hi everyone! I’m Rachael, and I’d love to welcome you to our friendly and supportive yoga classes at Bowland House, Stiles Yard.


These sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into busy lives, giving you time to pause, move, and breathe -without taking over your day.


Class Details

Time: Thursdays, 9:00am – 9:50am

A 50-minute class designed to leave you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and ready to continue your day with more ease and energy.  With a maximum of 10 people per class, these sessions are kept small and personal—so you feel comfortable, supported, and never overlooked.


What to Bring

  • A water bottle

Everything else is provided for you, including mats, blocks, bolsters, chairs, and belts—so you can simply arrive and enjoy your practice.


A Class That Fits Your Life

Classes run regularly, with breaks during school holidays and bank holidays. This creates a steady, supportive rhythm while still allowing flexibility around family life and commitments.


Why Choose a Midweek Reset?

By Thursday, it’s common to feel the effects of the week creeping in—tight muscles, mental fatigue, and a growing to-do list. This class gives you space to:

  • Release built-up tension in the body

  • Improve posture after long periods of sitting or working

  • Refocus your mind and reduce stress

  • Boost energy levels to carry you through the rest of the week

It’s a chance to check in with yourself and make the second half of your week feel more manageable and balanced.


What to Expect

These yoga classes combine movement, support, and mindfulness in a welcoming environment. Suitable for all levels (as long as you’re comfortable moving between floor and standing), each session includes:

  • Gentle warm-up to ease into movement

  • Supported postures using props to build strength and stability

  • Stretching to release tension and improve flexibility

  • Mobility work to support healthy joints and movement

  • Breathwork and relaxation to calm the nervous system

With all equipment provided, you’ll be fully supported throughout—allowing you to adapt each posture to suit your body.
