New Yoga Classes at Bishops Waltham

I am delighted to be starting yoga classes on Thursdays at Bishops Waltham Village Hall (in the Ruby room) from January 12th 2023.
I'll be teaching two classes each week as follows:
Gentle Yoga Flow: Thursday, 9.30-10.30am
Breathe, stretch, strengthen and soothe your body. Allow yourself to wake up gently, mobilise joints and energise for the day at a gentle pace.
This class is suitable for all.
Chair Yoga: Thursday, 10.45-11.45
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Participants can remain seated throughout or some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support or can be in combination with mat-based work. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain. The chair is a great resource to help with different energy levels, balance, and support.
£10 a class, £50 for a block of 6 classes
Booking in advance is essential.
