Monday Mindful Movement Classes January Launch!


After the wonderful response to my recent taster sessions, I’m delighted to announce that I will now be running two weekly Mindful Movement classes during school term time. It has been a joy to share these practices with you, and I’m excited to continue creating a space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Class Times

  • Class 1: 6:35–7:25pm (arrival from 6.30)

  • Class 2: 7:30–8:20pm (arrival from 7.25)

Both classes follow a similar flow, blending gentle movement, mindful awareness, and grounding breathwork.

What’s the difference between the two classes?

Class 1 – 6:35pmThis session has a slightly more energised pace, perfect if you enjoy a brighter, more uplifting practice to unwind after your day. We explore movement that gently awakens the body while still staying rooted in mindfulness and ease.

Class 2 – 7:30pmThe second class offers a more grounded experience, with a longer relaxation to help you settle deeply into rest. This is a wonderful option if you prefer a soothing wind-down towards the end of the evening. Please feel free to bring a blanket for the guided relaxation.

Both classes are open to all, with plenty of options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
