Service Description

Summer Term 1 Dates: 13, 20, 27 April & 11, 18 May A welcoming space to breathe, move and find balance. Join this welcoming class to energise your body and strengthen your core through mindful, flowing movement. You’ll stretch and tone with intention while cultivating calm, focus and balance. A supportive space to feel strong, centred and refreshed. Please bring a mat and water bottle. A blanket and block may be useful but are optional.
